| I have spoken with Grandmaster Senron, and we have come to the decision that the Sentinel class be erased. The Old Republic will not be featuring the Sentinel class and it seems useless. I will be PMing the Sentinel group and letting them know, so they can decide on another class. We're sorry that some of you will not be able to play the game as you originally intended.

| Though this is unfortunate, this is technically speaking. All Sentinels will still be able to be the same characters with the same strengths and weaknesses, focusing on their desired skills. They will just have to do so under the banner of Guardian or Consular. To all who read this, please help us make this difficult decision a smooth transition... | |

| I'll be updating the Holonet for these changes and PMing all of the Sentinels to let them know. Seperate moderators for the groups can approve your requests into the class groups, Master Vynn is the moderator of the Consular group and I am the moderator of the Guardian group. Thank you all for your cooperation, I understand it may not go well with everyone. | |

| how do we know that the TOR will not be supporting Sentinel's? I mean it's not like they posted something about it. And I see nothing about them taking off that class, so I'm going to remain as I am until I see a written post saying that they are not going to use the Sentinel class.. |

| Think about it Livi.
The last two classes are Jedi Consular and Sith Inquisitor. The Jedi Knight class has been numerously confirmed by Bioware themselves to be the melee class of the Jedi. There's no room for the Sentinels. Besides, the Sentinel class dies out some time between KOTOR 1 and the prequel series anyway, that's canon. Now we know it was between KOTOR 2 and the Great War when they died out as a class.
Besides, last I checked you were a Guardian, and I don't care for class-switching.

| Again, you werent even in the Sentinel group Livi, so I dont see how this affects you. Nevertheless Hybrid was right in saying that this was simply an announcement. While I am sad to see them go, it makes perfect sense. Seeing as how Hybrid forgot to re-lock the topic, I will. | |
